Master Sharpe Promotion and Kudos

Congratulations to Master Allen Sharpe on passing his 6th Dan Test. At the Worlds Championship he was honored with his official promotion. Additionally, he was honored at the WTSDA dinner celebrating martial artists in the association with 30 years or more years of training. Master Sharpe presently has 36 years of training. He also received a plaque honoring him for attending ALL of the Masters Clinics the WTSDA has put on (17 years in a row). We are honored to have such a great and humble leader!

Master West Promotion Congratulations

Region 4 congratulates Master Patrick West on earning his 5th Degree Master belt. Master West was promoted at the 2008 World Championships on July 12, 2008 in Orlando Florida. Master West is a charter member of the World Tang Soo Do Association and has maintained a studio since 1979. He was a member of the WTSDA Il Soo Sik Development Committee, which is a subdivision of the Technical Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Region #4 Technical Development Committee and serves as Chief of Testing in Region 4. We are very proud to have such a dedicated and hard working Master in our region.
